Candlewood Suites - Texas City, an IHG Hotel

Hotel is in process of renovation with the first floor incomplete, which was not an issue for us. The room was great, completely updated and very spacious with all the ammenities you could ever need. Think it will be really nice once the renovations are completed. Would Highly recommend.

Location, clean, quiet, easy check-in.... peaceful, and the Staff were very pleasant and resourceful. The room was like a studio apartment, and ooohhh the bed was soooo comfortable, we wanted to extend our stay!

Location is ok coz its close to a shopping area with food options , clean facility but some issue with dust and wet carpet in one room, nice room with kitchen, best staff value for

the staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly! They even called shortly after I arrived to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I accidentally left something in my room when we left and they immediately called me to return to pick it up before I got too far away because they thought I might need it on the cruise and wouldn’t be able to get on the ship. They also paid attention to the fact that I was getting on a cruise and cared enough to be concerned. It isn’t a 5-star facility but they certainly have a 5-star staff.

The Bed was very comfortable, and the room was nice and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. When I needed to find something locally, I was given the closest and best place to find what I needed.
